Rationale

Critical issues need high visibility. /badnut prevents accidental shipping. Nut sorting metaphor = cracked/rejected nut.

Acceptance Criteria

  • /badnut creates red callout with icon 🚫
  • User enters issue description
  • On save, marks linked Traceo requirement as UNVERIFIED
  • Block de-routed from external domains (SMO1)
  • Blocks release if present in critical path
