Rationale
Critical issues need high visibility. /badnut prevents accidental shipping. Nut sorting metaphor = cracked/rejected nut.

- •User enters issue description
- •On save, marks linked Traceo requirement as UNVERIFIED
- •Block de-routed from external domains (SMO1)
- •Blocks release if present in critical path
