Behavior
Insert the tag resolution status for the document: which semantic tags are resolved, still pending, or unresolved.
Tag resolution ensures semantic consistency. Shows gaps that need fixing.

- 02Returns table: Tag | Count | Status (resolved/pending/unresolved) | Notes
- 03Each tag is marked resolved, pending, or unresolved with a glyph and label, not color alone
