Rationale

Product roadmaps and project plans are sequential. Gantt is ideal. "Torrent" = waterfall cascade of water through factory = phase flow.

Acceptance Criteria

  • •/torrent creates gantt timeline with 4 phases by default
  • •If doc mentions "Q1", "Q2", phases auto-populate
  • •If title includes "roadmap" or "plan", auto-fills with quarters
  • •User can customize dates, labels, dependencies
  • •On save, creates Traceo baseline + SMO1 campaign routing
